My name is Cesar. I began baking during a very difficult time in my life, when my health started to decline and I was forced to step away from my regular job. Even then, I refused to let my illness define me. After nearly four years of frequent ER visits and struggling with depression, I decided to pour my energy into something positive: baking. I never imagined I would be good at it, but to my surprise I discovered my true passion and talent.
I'm incredibly grateful to have a supportive partner who has been right by my side for all of my adventures and taste tests.
It took me two years to perfect my cheesecakes, and I'm excited to expand my treats even more.
